Hi I’m Katy and I’m not your typical personal trainer.
For 20 years I was out of shape. 5 years ago I was 22 kilos heavier. I spent 2 decades on the work and commuting conveyor belt. I’m a Mum to a primary schooler. I’m older than the average PT. I have a physical disability.
I'm proof you can change.
I continue my journey.
I want to help you with yours.
