A bit about me

Hey, I'm Katy, and I'm not your average personal trainer.

I understand the struggle firsthand—I spent 20 years out of shape and carried an extra 22 kilos five years ago.

Juggling work, commuting, and being a primary school mum, I also navigate life with a physical disability.

Despite these challenges, I persist on my own fitness journey and am passionate about supporting you on yours
